Camera Installation
Installing our cameras is normally a straight-forward job.
Wired cameras come with two or three connectors. DC power, video, and audio if the camera is equipped with audio.
Plug the video and the audio connectors to the RCA video-in and audio-in jacks at the back of your TV or VCR. Connect the power connector to the power supply included with the camera, which is then connected to the AC power source. If AC power is not available at the location where you want to install the camera, you can use the included battery box or connector to connect the camera to a 9V battery.
Wireless cameras only need to be connected to their included power supply or a 9V battery. The receiver aerial is connected to the receiver and the receiver is connected to its own power supply. The video output (and audio if applicable) of the video receiver is connected to your monitor or recorder.
It's as simple as that. Extra cabling is available for longer runs.
